work work work

So I'm still alive!
The vacation went well. Good times.
I'm currently at work and very bored. I just spent the morning getting some much-needed Habitat stuff done though. I only have four more days after today for work though which is nice. Though I may be working as a secretary for another week after that.
We may be looking after an 8 month old baby for a few weeks... day and night. It could be interesting. Our house hasn't seen a child that young for that long for a loong time. She's adorable though so it should also be quite fun!
Nessa and I saw the Dark Night the other day. I wasn't expecting to like it but I actually did. Heath Ledger and Aaron Eckhart both did a really good job. I was quite impressed.
I just got back from a lunch time shopping trip with my co-worker. I bought a purse that my mother can never find out about. It wasn't pricey but she will have my head if she knows I bought another. But I always get rid of one when I get a new one so its all good in the long run! :)
Ok... back to... "work".

*Gasp* Girly!

I have a discovered a girliness. I love dancing movies. And dancing in general. This comes up as I have just a seen a commerical for a Step Up 2!! I want to see it too. I feel silly but I just love it. I loved the first one, I loved Take the Lead and Save the Last Dance. And then of course I want to take dance classes afterwards. I have never seen the Dirty Dancing movies but I know I'd love 'em but it'd be torture to watch 'em when I can't walk cause afterwards I'll admit I do alot of dancing when no one's watching.
I'm gonna take a dance class this summer. For getting through this hell, its gonna be my reward.
Also, I do like romance. I always say I don't but I really do, it just has to be good and not corny and then I'll like it. There was a commerical on earlier and I thought it was cute. Anyways... tootles!

I have a thing for Lt. Col. Sheppard: the one that's in my business class. And I'm not kidding. He's a spitting image. And I'm only a bit giddy about it. Makes my 8:30am class very very very worth it, though its kinda difficult to look one's best at that time of morning. So how does one make the adorable boy notice her?
I had a bit of a freak out earlier when I realized the muscles I had bought were still alive and that I had to touch them and then kill them. Went spendidly! *shiver*
I have two midterms on Thursday morning, as well as an outline for a legal brief due. I have studied but I haven't even thought about the legal brief. I'll be emailing Dave!, sorry about that.
And registration for Habitat is on Thursday morning as well. I'm too be at the other co-chair's apartment at 7am. She's making us waffles with strawberries and whip cream! Yay! Which should make the 7am thing much nicer.
I'm sure I had other worthy things to share... but I forget 'em.

I like shoes. I"ve discovered that. And now that school is about to start again I can wear them instead of ugly work shoes. Sooo, I bought some. Cheap ones too. Like these ones:
